Booking data: For course and court bookings, we process booking details, payment-related information via third-party providers, participation status, and reviews.

Log data: When you visit the website, technical log data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and access time may be processed for security and service operation.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where processing is necessary for contracts or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(a) where you have given consent, for example for cookies and analytics, and Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

We process data to provide the RacketTogether platform, support course and court bookings, connect users with coaches and venues, communicate with users, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.

We keep personal data only as long as required for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention duties. Account data is deleted after account deletion unless commercial, tax, or legal retention obligations apply.
